That’s why we’re taking huge strides to enhance our communication, parts delivery, and repair response times. We’ve spared no expense, investing in all-new service trucks and trailers for our field service techs to maximize their efficiency and ensure they have everything they need to meet our customers’ needs.
But that’s not all. We’ve also integrated cutting-edge service tracking software, established a new service parts warehouse, and added additional parts shipping resources to streamline the process and get our customers the parts they need as quickly and economically as possible.

Customer Service Manager
Thomas brings 32 years of experience in the manufactured housing industry (over half of that time as a customer service manager).
Thomas oversees all day to day operations of the service department and provides support to all area coordinators.
Area Coordinator for Alabama and Mississippi
She brings a wealth of experience dealing with customer needs, and truly cares about our retailers and retail customers. She is very detail oriented and has great communication skills.

Area Coordinator for Louisiana, Texas
He has experience at Sunshine Homes as a Salesperson, and an assistant production manager.
He brings a vast amount of product knowledge and procedures to our service department.

He has served as a Safety Manager for Sunshine Homes for the past 2 years and is very knowledgeable of the procedures and production of our homes.
Blake is responsible for all service scheduling, PO authorization, and parts orders for his area.

He has 22 years of customer service experience in the RV industry and is very knowledgeable of the urgency and care associated with customer service D Ray is responsible for all service scheduling, PO authorization, and parts orders for his area.

Factory Trim out Coordinator
He has served in this role at other manufactured housing facilities and has an enormous amount of knowledge of our product, procedures and dealer base.
Trey is responsible for scheduling all FTO (Factory Trim Out) for all areas. Contact Trey to schedule an FTO or for any questions concerning a pending FTO.
Once FTO is completed ALL remaining or future warranty service, parts or PO questions or request should be directed to the area coordinator for that state.
