Sunshine Homes is accepting applications for selected production worker positions at our production plant in Red Bay, Alabama. These are full-time positions scheduled to work Monday-Friday from 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. Sunshine Homes offers competitive hourly wages with additional bonus compensation opportunities. Hourly wages are dependent on experience.

Attendance

Attendance is a critical part of each employee’s success at Sunshine Homes. Employees must be available to work the required business hours without tardiness, interruption, or early departure. A $3/hour bonus is paid weekly for perfect attendance and no tardies.

Compensation

Wages start at $16.40/hour (plus attendance bonus) and go up from there depending on experience and qualifications.
